I’m Tanya, and I work with senior finance leaders and experienced professionals in Switzerland who are navigating redundancy, restructuring, or a strategic career transition — and who want a clear, market-aligned approach to securing their next role.

With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including senior roles at EY and as the founder of my own recruitment business, I bring a hiring-side perspective into every engagement. I understand how senior hiring decisions are made, what differentiates credible candidates, and how the Swiss job market really works beyond applications and job boards.

My clients are typically Senior Manager, Director, or Head-of level, with strong track records and significant experience. What they often need is not motivation or generic advice, but clarity, positioning, and a strategy that reflects both their seniority and current market conditions.

In addition to coaching, I maintain close contact with professionals across the Swiss market and stay continuously informed about hiring trends, expectations, and decision-making dynamics. Where appropriate, I support clients by helping them think strategically about networking and how to leverage their existing and extended professional networks.
