I work with senior leaders at VP, Director, and Head-of level who are navigating career transitions in Switzerland — whether that's a redundancy they didn't choose, a restructuring they saw coming, or a strategic move they've been quietly considering.

 

What I bring is unusual: over 20 years working in recruitment, talent acquisition, and senior consulting — including senior roles at EY and building my own recruitment business. I've sat on the hiring side of the table many times. I know how decisions are made at this level, what makes a candidate credible versus overlooked, and how the Swiss market actually works — especially the parts that never appear on job boards.

 

My clients are typically credible, experienced, and successful on paper. What they often need isn't motivation or generic advice. They need clarity on where to focus, a strategy aligned to how senior hiring really works, and someone who will be direct with them — not just encouraging.

 

I work with a small number of clients at any time. That's deliberate. It allows me to be genuinely invested in each person's outcome, and to work with the depth and discretion this level of transition requires.
